I just thought I should let everybody here know that even though this software is now being released under an LGPL license, the new skin is not. I know some of you will complain about this move, but I've discussed it with our designer and I agree that this skin should remain closed-source and exclusive only to MyTopix and all other Jaia-related projects both current and in the future and is NOT to be redistributed with other software.

You May:

  1. Integrate this skin with skin with your personal site.
  2. Make changes to this skin.
  3. Create new skins based off this skin for Jaia-related products.
  4. Publicly release skins based off this theme to be used with MyTopix and other Jaia-related products.
  5. Futher more, you may charge for your services when contracted to modify or create new works based on this theme to be used with MyTopix and / or other Jaia-related products.
  6. Modify all graphics by using the soon-to-be-released GDK ( graphics developer's kit ) and release them under the terms and conditions stated here.

You may not:

  1. Repackage and release this skin claiming it as your own.
  2. Integrate and / or release this skin with 3rd party software not related to Jaia-based products
  3. ever, ever, EVER, remove or modify the skin's copyright notices!
  4. remove or modify the products copyright notice
  5. Use this skin with new branches of MyTopix not created by Jaia Interactive

These terms are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. All changes to terms are retroactive.
